MNF Thread: Houston @ New England

Should be a great game tonight. Hope that Watt smashes Brady.

Houston wins 23-17. Belichick punches a referee while Watt Gangnam Styles over Brady.

Anyone else hate the Cheatriots so much that it is hard to even watch them play? I find myself switching away from their games because I can't stand the sight of them.

Remember when the Pats were 3-3, same record as us? Yet if they win tonight, many will have them as the SB faves. God I hate this team

Probably better for the Jets playoff hopes for the Pats to win, can't believe I just wrote that (Jets making playoffs and it being better for Pats to win both equally unbelievable statements, lol)

That may motivate Texans to continue to play hard when they play the Colts, who are ahead of Jets...

Damnit, how many times do we go through this on JI? Never root for the Patriots, ever. Not even against the Giants for those of you with the NY area inferiority complex. A Jet fan can root for the Pats' opponent to lose but not a Pats win (if that makes sense), if and only IF, a playoff spot is on the line in week 17 only. IE: week 17 2002

If the Texans lose this, they cannot afford to lose again if they want homefield. Pats win this you have to assume they are gonna win out and they would have head to head tiebreaker over Broncos and Texans.

Well Gruden knows he has to relish these big matchups, mostly because he has duds like Jets-Titans left on his schedule. You won't hear much talking up players during that one

Foster gashes them for 12 yards and "illegal formation" on the first play. We know what kind of game this will be...

Comes back with 15 yard run after the penalty. Belicheck can't like what he saw on those plays, Texans are just going to run it right at them

You should become a Patriot fan....I suggest Steve W Grogan or Tony W Eason as user ID alternatives

Texans blew a golden opportunity there to recover the fumble. Giving up a TD on the first drive does not bode well for them
