True, probably middle of the pack in scoring but Parise did put in 30+, that's not exactly easily replaced production...

Devils hot topic: With Travis Zajac signed long term, what others moves do you expect or want? | NJ.com

Many Devils fans are happy with the Travis Zajac long-term contract extension, but is there still some roster tinkering to be done before the season starts (or at least gets into full swing)?

NHL teams must be down to 23 players by 3 p.m. Friday, so there is still plenty of time to make roster moves, whether internally or through other means.

NJ.com user DiVo left a comment speculating on what it might take to trade for Bobby Ryan or Jarome Iginla, although as others mentioned, those two would be quite tough to acquire.

What others moves do you expect or want to see out of general manager Lou Lamoriello? Would you want to see the recently waived Scott Gomez return on a cheap one-year contract? Could you see Lamoriello making that move?
