The New York Jets have trimmed down their roster to 53 players. They will now start to put in waiver claims on players cut from other teams and will find out tomorrow afternoon which claims were successful. For every successful claim the Jets make they will have to cut a player that survived today’s cuts. After all claims are rewarded teams can start to add unclaimed players to their practice squad.

We will have a full breakdown of the roster after all additions and subsequent cuts are made and the practice squad is filled. For now we will just list the players that survived today’s cuts by position, we will put players that are most likely to be in danger after waiver wire claims in bold.
