Our origins: born from the bleachers
Before social media, smartphones, and instant notifications, a massive void existed in how New York Jets fans consumed team news. At the time, national outlets treated the team as an afterthought, while local newspapers only printed what fit on the back page.
So in 1999, we launched JetsInsider.com to bridge that gap. We started as a gritty, fan-first forum where die-hards could analyze roster cuts and debate draft capital in real time. As our community exploded, our operations evolved.
