Todd Bowles Out, Who’s Up Next?

Bowles’ tenure as head coach started with so much promise- the team went 10-6 and barely missed the playoffs because of shoddy quarterbacking from Ryan Fitzpatrick. Decker and Marshall were having 100-yard games regularly and the defensive line featuring Muhammad Wilkerson, Damon Harrison, Sheldon Richardson, and newcomer Leonard Williams was causing a disturbance in the…

Jets Edge Bills 27-23 In Meaningless Classic

Orchard Park, NY – The Jets won a thriller on Sunday in western New York, where frigid temperatures and a re-injuring of his sprained foot failed to keep Sam Darnold from getting the win. He showed a lot of chutzpah on the game winning drive, throwing for 51 of the 66 yards gained on the drive…

GASE HINTS AT CHANGES TO THE OL. At 0-3 on the sea GASE HINTS AT CHANGES TO THE OL. At 0-3 on the season, nothing has gone right for the Jets this year. Losing their starting quarterback to mono has grabbed most of the attention but even when Sam Darnold returns there will still be a glaring problem making his life harder. That problem is this offensive line has been a disaster. On defense the Jets have some issues at cornerback and obviously miss the presence of C.J. Mosley, but the defense has mostly help up. Losing Quincy Enunwa and dealing with Chris Herndon’s suspension (he will be available to return after the Eagles game) has left the backup quarterbacks with Robby Anderson, Jamison Crowder and Braxton Berrios as the receiving options. But by far the biggest problem has been the play of the offensive line. Read more of Chris Nimbley’s article on www.jetsinsider.com Photo by @manishgosalia #nyjets #newyorkjets
