Jets’ Dilemma: Early First-Round Pick vs Playoffs

Florham Park, NJ – While New York Jets players got the rest they needed after playing ten straight games, management and the coaching staff took the time to think about the rest of the season. Bilal Powell and Muhammad Wilkerson will play for the New York Jets Sunday, October 22, against the Miami Dolphins. Bittersweet homecoming for Jets’ Skrine

The last time Buster Skrine was on the turf of FirstEnergy Stadium, it was Week 15 of the 2014 regular season. His Cleveland Browns, in the midst of a two game losing streak, was embarrassed at home by the 9-4-1 Cincinnati Bengals, 30-0. It wasn’t a fun experience. What made the situation even worse was…

Browns Reportedly Interested In Geno Smith

I know most Jets fans will be happy to never see Geno Smith in a Jets uniform ever again and those same fans have little to no interest of ever hearing/reading his name again. But we should all be curious about what’s next for Smith. Most fans wrote Smith off years ago, they’re convinced he…

GASE HINTS AT CHANGES TO THE OL. At 0-3 on the sea GASE HINTS AT CHANGES TO THE OL. At 0-3 on the season, nothing has gone right for the Jets this year. Losing their starting quarterback to mono has grabbed most of the attention but even when Sam Darnold returns there will still be a glaring problem making his life harder. That problem is this offensive line has been a disaster. On defense the Jets have some issues at cornerback and obviously miss the presence of C.J. Mosley, but the defense has mostly help up. Losing Quincy Enunwa and dealing with Chris Herndon’s suspension (he will be available to return after the Eagles game) has left the backup quarterbacks with Robby Anderson, Jamison Crowder and Braxton Berrios as the receiving options. But by far the biggest problem has been the play of the offensive line. Read more of Chris Nimbley’s article on www.jetsinsider.com Photo by @manishgosalia #nyjets #newyorkjets
