The 2022 WR Class Offers A Variety of Potential Difference Makers

With the 2022 NFL Draft rapidly approaching, the Jets will soon be able to make use of the vast amount of draft capital that they have. As has been stated constantly since the season ended, the Jets hold five selections in the top 100 picks of the draft. This gives the team a great opportunity…

How Elijah Moore and the Jets Plan To Adjust and Improve Next Season

With the 2021-2022 season behind them, the Jets face a crucial offseason. They’ll have around $53-54 million in cap space (before any cap-clearance moves), as Spotrac has the number at $53,654,414 and OvertheCap.com has the number at $54,365,469. Then there’s the surplus of draft picks at their disposal. Two first, second, and fourth-round picks giving…

Braxton Berrios Is Proving His Worth for This Season and Beyond

In a closer-than expected game, the Jets narrowly lost this Sunday to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by a score of 28-24. Tom Brady showed why he is considered by many to be the GOAT at the quarterback position, leading Tampa 93 yards on their final touchdown drive while throwing to receivers like Tyler Johnson and…

Zach Wilson, Jets Offensive Improvement In Progress

In their 33-18 loss to the Eagles, the Jets dealt with a plethora of issues. Most of those issues came from the defensive side of the ball, as the team got gashed in the running game once again. The Eagles ran for over 150 yards, with 120 yards coming from Miles Sanders alone. Backup quarterback…

All Around Effort Leads Jets to 21-14 Win Over Texans

It took a total team effort to pull it off but the Jets won their third game of the season, 21-14. Zach Wilson struggled mightily in the first half as Tyrod Taylor led the Texans to an early 14-3 lead before the Jets defense shut Taylor and the Texans down. Wilson was able to settle…

The Elijah Moore Show is Just Getting Started

Last Sunday, the Jets suffered a defeat to the Dolphins to drop them to a record of 2-8 on the season. Losing only by a score of 24-17, the Jets were competitive in this game and avoided giving up over 30 points for the fifth straight game. Yet, the Jets had an opportunity to win…

Dolphins Beat Jets 24-17 in a Close and Entertaining Game

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – The Jets lost for the eighth time this season, but this time they were competitive. The Dolphins jumped out to an early lead and instead of easily pulling away they had to work to fight off a stubborn Jets team. That Jets team just happened to make too many poorly-timed mistakes….

Jets Overwhelmed by Bills 45-17

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – If you were lucky enough to not watch the game you might not realize just how bad the Jets were today. Sure, you see 45-17 and think ‘the Jets must have been awful’. And you’re correct, but also somehow it’s even worse than you think. Without even knowing how bad you…

Jets Lackluster Run Defense Needs To Improve Fast

After a victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, the Jets had a quick turnaround for their next game. Traveling to Indianapolis on Thursday to take on the Colts, the Jets were looking to play in a similar fashion to their previous victory. That would entail a high-octane offensive performance combined with the defense limiting the Colts…

Mike White Hurt as Colts Run All Over Jets 45-30

Indianapolis, IN – At least it was a fun half-week leading up to this game, right? Or an alternate lede; At least Elijah Moore did some fun things, right? If you expect to read anymore positive words than that… well, what the hell are you doing reading this? Honestly what am I doing writing this?…

GASE HINTS AT CHANGES TO THE OL. At 0-3 on the sea GASE HINTS AT CHANGES TO THE OL. At 0-3 on the season, nothing has gone right for the Jets this year. Losing their starting quarterback to mono has grabbed most of the attention but even when Sam Darnold returns there will still be a glaring problem making his life harder. That problem is this offensive line has been a disaster. On defense the Jets have some issues at cornerback and obviously miss the presence of C.J. Mosley, but the defense has mostly help up. Losing Quincy Enunwa and dealing with Chris Herndon’s suspension (he will be available to return after the Eagles game) has left the backup quarterbacks with Robby Anderson, Jamison Crowder and Braxton Berrios as the receiving options. But by far the biggest problem has been the play of the offensive line. Read more of Chris Nimbley’s article on www.jetsinsider.com Photo by @manishgosalia #nyjets #newyorkjets
