FLORHAM PARK, NJ – The Jets have waived five players that they signed earlier this year to compete in training camp. All of the players were un-drafted free agents.
The list of players include RB Brandon Burke, WR Darius Jennings, LS Josh Latham, LB Jeff Luc and DL Julien Obihoa.
The team started off-season workouts on April 17 and after observing these players, decided they were not a good fit for the team for whatever reason.
The team’s first OTA’s are on May 23-25 and the team will have a rookie minicamp after this weekend’s draft which the date has not yet been announced.
