Browns Reportedly Interested In Geno Smith

I know most Jets fans will be happy to never see Geno Smith in a Jets uniform ever again and those same fans have little to no interest of ever hearing/reading his name again. But we should all be curious about what’s next for Smith. Most fans wrote Smith off years ago, they’re convinced he…

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Jets fell flat in all three phases against Carolina on Sunday, losing 30-20 to the Panthers and all but putting to bed any remaining playoff hopes. EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – There were 10 minutes left in Sunday’s game against the Oakland Raiders when Geno Smith sensed the pocket collapsing and took off. GASE HINTS AT CHANGES TO THE OL. At 0-3 on the sea GASE HINTS AT CHANGES TO THE OL. At 0-3 on the season, nothing has gone right for the Jets this year. Losing their starting quarterback to mono has grabbed most of the attention but even when Sam Darnold returns there will still be a glaring problem making his life harder. That problem is this offensive line has been a disaster. On defense the Jets have some issues at cornerback and obviously miss the presence of C.J. Mosley, but the defense has mostly help up. Losing Quincy Enunwa and dealing with Chris Herndon’s suspension (he will be available to return after the Eagles game) has left the backup quarterbacks with Robby Anderson, Jamison Crowder and Braxton Berrios as the receiving options. But by far the biggest problem has been the play of the offensive line. Read more of Chris Nimbley’s article on www.jetsinsider.com Photo by @manishgosalia #nyjets #newyorkjets
